Reservation Policies
• Hotel Vista del Cerro reserves the right of admission.
• Hotel Vista del Cerro is 100% smoke-free in all its areas, including the pool area located on the first floor. If you commit the crime, you will be charged a $ 10 fine for each time you smoke.
• No pets allowed.
Payment Policies
• Payment for your services can be made through credit or debit card, transfer or deposit, as well as cash (in USD or in the local currency of Costa Rica).
• Please present the confirmation confirmation of your reservation at the reception at the time of your arrival.
Cancellation Policies
• Cancellations from 1 to 7 days in advance are penalized 100% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations 8 to 15 days in advance are penalized 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations from 15 to 30 days in advance will not be penalized.
• In case of no-show, the total amount of the nights previously reserved will be charged to the credit card that you provided as guarantee of your hotel reservation.
• In case you have made a deposit, it will not be refunded as an indicator of your absence.
• Cancellations must be sent in writing to our email info@hotelvistadelcerro.com or by whatsapp to the number +506 8552-9141. Your cancellation becomes valid at the moment when one of our reservation agents confirmed your cancellation as received.
• The hotel is not responsible for any errors in your reservation or cancellation due to a flight delay.
Children Policies
• Children under 9 years old stay free and pay only breakfast.
• In case there is more than one child in the room, the second one (from 0 to 9 years old) is applied as an extra charge of $ 20 USD.
• For children from 3 to 9 years old, they will pay $ 5 USD (taxes included) for breakfast.
• Children from 10 years old will be considered adults.
Check In / Out Policies
• The check in time is from 2:00 pm.
• The departure time is at 11:00 am. If you do not check out on time, we will be required to make an additional charge, as follows:
• If you check out between 11:00 a.m. And at 2:00 p.m., there will be a surcharge on your account of $ 20 USD per hour.
• If you check out after 2:00 p.m., there will be a surcharge for the total amount of one night.
Restaurant Policies
• Breakfast is from 7:00 a.m. at 10:00 a.m. from Mondays to Sundays.
• Breakfast will be continental, American or typical style and will be served in the Garden Lounge restaurant area.
• If you have dietary restrictions, let us know in advance so we can meet your needs.
• Any additional meals during the day have an additional charge. You can make the quote through the receptionist.
